The goal of this project was to create a flexible system, experiment with lettering/ materials, and advance the use of InDesign, including parent pages and paragraph styles. My system of posters were designed for a Nicholas Sparks Film Festival named Love, Sparks. I choose to use a blue and cream color palette to connect to the coastal setting. I experimented with different textures to correspond with each movie. I was challenged to make the system type dominant. The title of each film is hand-lettered with the intent to match each movie's location or time period. The logo of the film festival is also hand-drawn.
